PTT shall assist the Client in clarifying his/her personal, professional and/or spiritual goals and in working out a plan of action, as determined by the Client, to help achieve such goals. PTT will accomplish this by carefully listening to the Client’s concerns, providing open, authentic, unbiased feedback on perceived obstacles, and asking thought-provoking questions intended to elicit responses from the Client that will lead him/her to decide what positive action steps to take to achieve the desired results.  Homework is assigned in between coaching sessions to keep the client engaged and practicing new self-empowerment tools that will result in positive changed behavior.

Coaching sessions may be delivered face-to-face, telephone, or any other method PTT and the Client agree upon.  The Client may be coached by one or any combination of the PTT coaching team.  In between sessions and during the full duration of the Contract period, the Client has the opportunity to contact and receive unlimited email and text coaching support in order to address a specific question or concern where a member of PTT will respond to his/her question or concern within 24 hours.
