How has my life changed in the last year? What does it mean when
I say that I am a totally different person than I was a year ago? I
don’t know that many people would say that I am a totally different
person than I was last year; perhaps only the people with whom I shared
my deepest thoughts, emotions and fears. Of course, no one knows all of
those things as intimately as me. I think one of the most dramatic
changes is that I am my own friend. I’m the best friend to myself that I
have ever been. I used to say things to myself that I would never
speak to my children or friends. I would think them and believe them.
Becoming aware of these thoughts and the impact they physically have on
the life that I live each day has been pivotal in my thought life
transformation. I would say it it was the first step. It’s not a difficult thing to do once you realize it can be done. Once I made the decision to change those thoughts and to have faith in the power of that change I began to see something like a domino effect. I’ve always heard that change comes from within. I was raised as a Christian and was also taught that the peace of Christ and the love of God are right here in my heart. There’s no seeking that needs to be done because they exist right here within me. In the past of year I have learned how to tap into that peace and love. There are tangible tools that help me like journaling, having quiet time or meditation to quiet my mind when my thought life begins to get a little muddy and others. Tools like this used to intimidate me, mostly because I would set the expectation of a rigid daily regimen or something along those lines. When I would fail to meet these self-imposed expectations the “beating up” thoughts would begin. “How can you fall asleep when you are praying!?!?” “Why can’t you just….? How could you….?” Now they are my tools. That’s it, just my tools. And rarely do those “beating up” thoughts occur. When they start to creep in, I notice them, take a deep breath, wake up to the life that is around me and join it. I am comfortable with myself, I love myself. Just like I do for my friends and children, I encourage myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed or tired. There are emotions I still don’t understand but I know I can get through it. I know I am strong. I know I have love all around me because I have love within me. -- Irene R., Wilmington, DE
2011 Bermuda Cruise:
- All
of you are appreciated for planning our wonderful cruise. I feel so
blessed to have been included, and to have met you. It was obvious you
put your hearts & souls into this endeavor.
- Having
the pre-trip gatherings was a delightful bonus, so we could meet each
other, have questions answered and build anticipation even more. I just
can’t thank you enough .... I’m truly grateful! Angels be with you and
your ministry of reaching out to others. -- Nancy Zippe,
Wilmington, DE
- The cruise was great! Faith and I
had an awesome time on the ship as well as in Bermuda (yes, even though
that first night was rough and I had to get over feeling queasy!). The 9
of us that headed out the first day in Bermuda really had a great time
at all our stops. The caves were very interesting, Horseshoe Bay was
beautiful and the Swizzle Inn was well worth it. Thanks to everyone that
made this trip possible and we look forward to the next adventure. --

[I completed the "Transform A New You" workshop series with the goal of addressing] my primary complaint that there was not enough time in my life for myself. I felt I needed
guidance at this time of my life……I was not happy…..felt frustrated and
angry at times….. I had a low energy level throughout the day and felt
that I was being pulled in all directions….helping everyone else…family,
friends and business….leaving little or no time for me……a feeling I
genuinely didn’t like! I felt I was being pulled deeper and deeper into
the water and was trying hard to stay afloat.
When I walked
into the workshop session for the first time, I wasn’t sure that I was
ready to learn about myself in a deeper sense, or that I would be able
to share my innermost feelings with the team and the group. However,
halfway through the first session, I felt genuine warmth and
understanding from the coaches that allowed me to feel more at ease with
the group. By the second full workshop session, we had all become a
“big family”. I truly enjoyed the fact that each coach was never
judgmental…… listened intently and gave a different perspective and
suggestions to the situations that I presented. This allowed me
different options to use that would best solve my problems. The coaches
helped me immensely in getting back my sense of self! Through group
coaching….one on one coaching, journaling and giving me the tools to use
at home……I was able to bring my life into balance. This balance gave me the insight to change certain
areas of my life without feeling guilty to honor myself. I finally can
put into motion the old adage: Change the things you can and accept
the things you cannot change. I was able to release control of people and
situations that actually fed my ego. I learned to go deeper into myself
and learn about me. By doing this, I
have freed up time to devote to honoring myself ……helping to make me a
happier more centered person. I am beginning to enjoy life, family and
friends the way I envisioned it should be. I am looking
forward to continuing my journey with Michele, Sean, Veronica and Dave. A Big Thank
You to all of you. You have guided me in a direction on my life’s
journey that I didn’t know how to reach! -- Janet E.

The benefits [of the Transform A New You workshop series] will last a lifetime. I have learned to change my perspective about myself and my life. PTT has given me priceless tools to help me overcome life's daily challenges. This experience has truly been a highlight in my life. After experiencing the benefits I feel the program value is worth a lot more. The sessions gave me tools to help me tap into my higher self to find answers. The journey inward isn't easy, but it helps to know that there are non-judgmental coaches who care, will hold me accountable, and help me find what I need within to get through the tough times. I would do this again in a heartbeat! -- L. Dean, Voorhees, NJ
The workshop made quite an impression on my mental outlook today. Am still buzzing…..just got home from a nice dinner with my husband at Houlihan’s, after trying two other restaurants with a wait of 1 to 2-1/2 hours for dinner!!! But, we took it in stride and quoted the saying “it’s the universe sending a sign….go with the flow.” -- J. Fante, Middletown, DE
The Personal Transformation Team's January 30th seminar was great! It reminded me I need to be clear about my personal vision and make decisions based on my goals (where I'm going), not where I am (in my current state). The constant thinking, feeling and acting upon things that will help me reach my goals will, in the end, allow me grow and expand to a higher level of achievement. The really cool thing is that we all have a future of unlimited capability and it already exists - we just have to choose to participate in it! Many thanks to Michele, Sean, Ronnie and David - you reignited me and my life! -- Deb S. - Mount Royal, NJ
My wife and I attended the "Transform a New You" seminar held by the
Personal Transformation Team, simply looking for the usual positivity
we've come to expect from Sean and Michele Andersen. They had come
together with another couple who shared their vision towards helping
people live happier lives. We found the seminar to be uplifting and
motivating, and we both came away feeling we had learned some basic
tools to help us become more grounded in our lives. Dave B. Rich was
especially motivating and Ronnie appears to be the calming influence of
the group. I saw a lot of people nodding in agreement as each member of
the group spoke. We all know we do that from time to time, but this time
I felt people were nodding not just because they were listening to the
words, they were nodding because they were hearing the message. -- John

Michele, Sean, Ronnie and David are four powerful forces of nature (literally and figuratively). Their Personal Transformation Team seminar was an inspirational challenge for all those who attended. They harnessed their collective energies to present the endless possibilities that await us if only we are open to them. If you want to shine a light within toward inner peace and a light outward for others, you owe it to yourself to attend a session with this "Fab Four". -- Vida M. - New Jersey
We have been close friends of Michele and Sean for many years now and
have always been able to count on them when we were in need. It only
makes sense that they want to help others . We were able to witness
their kick off presentation outline and we know they are committed and
truly passionate about their objective…….helping people on their life’s
journey. Sandy and Will Camacho, Newark, DE
